Lakeview Before & After
The Lakeview Residence - In collaboration with HNDL Homes, Dashney Interiors had the pleasure to completely change this family’s home with a major re-design.
KITCHEN: before. The placement of the kitchen was originally to the right of the back door. Its small footprint made it difficult for multiple people to be in the room at once and all finishes were in need of an update.
KITCHEN: after. The kitchen was moved to the alternate side of the back of the house - utilizing the original dining space (more on that later) - and had a complete re-design. The result is a much larger and more open space, that includes a large island with seating. Beautiful bright and airy finishes make this room sparkle.
The BEAKFAST NOOK now occupies the space that was the previous kitchen. It features a cozy space for sipping coffee while gazing out the floor-to-ceiling window. Plenty of custom millwork allows for ample storage and a dedicated beverage area is an added bonus in this revised kitchen layout.
The MASTER ENSUITE: before was cramped and needed an update.
The MASTER ENSUITE : after. The entrance to this bathroom was moved, allowing for more usable space. A window was added to increase natural light. New finishes throughout the bathroom complete the re-design and create a calming atmosphere.
LIVING ROOM: before. What you see here actually became the kitchen and the dining area. An extension to the front of the house allowed for a brand new living area with custom millwork to house the tv and provide storage (seen below).

The FACADE - of the house underwent a huge transformation. With the addition to the front structure, an opportunity was available to completely update the look of the house to become more modern and inviting.
